Affiliate agreement

Atarim Affiliate Agreement

Effective date: 9 October 2026.

This agreement is between you and WP Feedback Limited, trading as Atarim (company number 12010526, registered office 28 Kipling Way, Borehamwood, WD6 2FS) (“Atarim”, “we”, “us”). It’s written to be easy to read, and it’s still a binding agreement, so please read it before you join.

Joining the programme

Apply through our affiliate portal at https://automated-reviews.atarimworker.io/affiliates/. We review every application, which can take a few days. Please give us accurate details.

If you’re approved, you’ll get a unique referral link and access to your affiliate portal, where you can track clicks, referrals and earnings, and download marketing assets.

We can turn down any application, and we don’t have to give a reason. We will reject applications from sites that:

  • contain or promote adult content, violence, hatred, discrimination or illegal activity, including hacking, cracking, nulled or warez content
  • resell or redistribute Atarim
  • we don’t think are a good fit for our brand or our customers

If we email you questions about your application and don’t hear back within 7 days, we may reject it. You’re welcome to reapply.

What you earn

You earn $100 (USD) for every qualified paid signup you refer.

A qualified paid signup is a new customer who:

  • clicks your referral link and then buys their first paid Atarim plan within 180 days, on the same browser and device
  • has never paid for Atarim before, under any email address or account
  • is still on an active, fully paid plan when the qualification period ends (see “When and how you’re paid” below), and hasn’t been refunded, charged back, downgraded to a free plan or cancelled
  • isn’t you, your business, or someone buying on your behalf

The reward is one-off. We don’t pay recurring commission, and there’s no extra reward for renewals, upgrades or extra seats.

We may agree a different reward with you for a specific campaign. If we do, it will be confirmed in writing (email is fine) and shown in your portal, and everything else in this agreement still applies.

Tracking and attribution

When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie is stored in their browser for 180 days. If they buy within that time, the referral is credited to you.

A referral won’t be tracked if the customer:

  • buys on a different browser or device to the one they clicked from
  • clears or blocks cookies before buying
  • buys more than 180 days after their last click on your link

If a customer clicks more than one affiliate’s link, the referral goes to the affiliate whose link was clicked last before purchase.

Our tracking platform’s records decide which affiliate, if any, a sale is credited to.

When and how you’re paid

Qualification period. Each referral has a qualification period that ends 60 days after the end of the calendar month in which the customer first paid. For example, for a purchase in October, the qualification period ends 60 days after 31 October.

Review. At the end of the qualification period we check that the referral is still a qualified paid signup. Commissions are only payable once we’ve approved them.

Payment. We pay approved commissions in USD by PayPal or Wise, to the account you add in your affiliate portal. Please keep your payout details up to date. We can’t pay you until they are, and we’re not responsible for payments sent to details you gave us.

Fees. Payout providers may charge the person receiving the money. Any fees, currency conversion charges or deductions made by your chosen payout method come out of your payment and are your responsibility.

Tax. You’re responsible for declaring and paying any tax on what you earn. Our rewards include any VAT or sales tax that may apply. We may ask you for tax or identity information before we pay you.

Refunds, reversals and clawback

We won’t pay commission on a referral that’s refunded, charged back, cancelled or otherwise stops being a qualified paid signup during the qualification period.

If we later find a commission we paid wasn’t valid (for example, it came from fraud, a self-referral, a breach of this agreement or a payment that was later reversed), we can take it back by deducting it from future commissions or asking you to repay it within 30 days.

We can also withhold or cancel commissions while we look into suspected fraud or a breach of this agreement.

How you can promote Atarim

We want affiliates who recommend Atarim to people it will help. Good ways to promote it include:

  • telling clients, colleagues and friends about Atarim and sharing your link
  • writing reviews, tutorials or blog posts that link to us
  • sharing Atarim with your audience on social media, newsletters, YouTube or podcasts
  • answering relevant questions in communities and including your link where it’s allowed
  • using the assets in your affiliate portal

You must tell people you’re an affiliate. Anywhere you share your link, make it clear you may earn a reward if they sign up, as required by advertising rules such as the UK CAP Code and the US FTC guidelines.

What isn’t allowed

Doing any of the following may lead to rejected commissions and removal from the programme:

  • Coupon and deal sites. Don’t list Atarim on coupon, voucher or cashback sites, or invent discount codes.
  • Paid search on our brand. Don’t bid on “Atarim” or variations of it in Google Ads or other paid search, or run paid ads that send traffic straight to us through your link.
  • Spam. No unsolicited email, messages, comments or posts. Follow the rules of every platform you use. If we decide something is spam, it’s spam.
  • Misleading claims. Don’t share wrong information about Atarim’s features, pricing or offers, or use clickbait.
  • Pretending to be us. Don’t copy or clone our website, use our logo or brand in a way that suggests you’re Atarim or officially endorsed by us, or register domains or social accounts using our name.
  • Self-referrals and fake accounts. Don’t refer yourself, your own business or accounts you control, including under another email address.
  • Cookie stuffing or tricks. Don’t set referral cookies without a real click, use iframes, pop-unders or hidden links, or use any other method that credits you for sales you didn’t drive.
  • Anything illegal or offensive. Including breaking privacy, marketing or consumer protection laws.

Our brand and materials

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Atarim name, logo and the assets in your portal, only to promote Atarim under this agreement and following any brand guidance we give you. You can’t change our assets in a way that is misleading. The licence ends when this agreement ends.

Personal data

You won’t receive personal data about the customers you refer beyond what your portal shows. If you collect personal data while promoting Atarim (for example, a mailing list), you’re responsible for doing so lawfully, including under UK GDPR. We handle your data as described in our privacy policy.

Emails from us

By joining, you agree to receive programme emails from us: updates, new assets, training, and changes to these terms. Some may include information under embargo, which you mustn’t share until we say so. We won’t send you spam.

Inactive accounts

If your link generates no clicks for 6 months, we may deactivate your account. Approved commissions already earned will still be paid.

Ending the agreement

You can leave the programme at any time by emailing us. We can end your participation at any time, with notice by email, or straight away if you break this agreement.

When it ends, stop using your link and our brand. We’ll pay approved commissions for qualified paid signups made before the end date, unless you were removed for breaking this agreement, in which case unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

Our relationship

You’re an independent contractor. You’re not our employee, agent or partner, and you can’t make promises or sign anything on our behalf.

Liability

The programme and your tracking are provided as they are. We don’t guarantee tracking will always work or that you’ll earn any particular amount.

We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit. Our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commissions due to you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

You’ll cover our losses arising from your breach of this agreement or your breach of the law while promoting Atarim.

Changes to these terms

We may update this agreement. We’ll email you at least 14 days before material changes take effect. If you keep promoting Atarim after that, you accept the new terms. If you don’t agree, you can leave the programme before they take effect.

Law

This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
